When purchasing from TILETOPIA LIMITED, please be advised about Terms & Conditions.
While we do everything possible to meet delivery requirements, orders can only be accepted subject to delays caused by strikes, accidents, supplier deliveries, and/or any other conditions beyond our control.
TILETOPIA reserves the right to hold and/or cancel payment privileges and orders in the event a customer becomes delinquent in their payments.
Price conditions, specifications and terms are those in effect at the time of shipment and are subject to change without notice. Please also note that prices do not include any tax.
Please inspect before installing, no claims accepted after installation. Returned product must be prepaid and in original cartons, in saleable condition and accompanied by original invoice number. Customer has 30 days to return product from the pick up / delivery date. No returns accepted for discontinued, clearance and sale-priced product. A 10% restocking charge will apply to all accepted returns.
All sizing is nominal. Variations in shade, colour, and finish are inherent in ceramics/porcelain. Please inspect before installing, no claims accepted after installation. If, for any reason, our products are regarded as unsatisfactory, we must be notified before installation, and consequently we will not make any allowances for labor costs for replacing material, or for other charges. Methods of installation are beyond our control, and we do not accept responsibility for chipping, cracking, crazing, spalling, etching, discoloration or loosening of tile from the setting bed. No guarantee is made against wear. All tile will scratch and wear and it should be expected in areas of heavy traffic. Degree of wear is a function of maintenance and abrasion. TILETOPIA LTD. cannot be responsible for failures resulting from tiles being installed in areas where they are not suitable. Wear will be apparent sooner on light or white coloured tile.
Delivery to carrier shall constitute delivery to customer regardless of F.O.B. point whether freight is prepaid, collect or allowed. Claims for merchandise lost, damaged, or delayed in transit must be made against the carrier by the customer. All claims for shortages must be reported within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment.
